Due to the nature of cosmetics items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or wrong orders.

Please contact our customer support team at nivcosmeticsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and within 24 hours of receiving the package along with an uncut unboxing video.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the necessary steps.

Please note that any determination of a defect will be made following a thorough examination of the reported issue. If manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a refund , based on our assessment.

In case of replacements/returns , you (the customer) must first return the product in its original packaging and condition to initiate new order delivery.

Non refundable items

Items cannot be refunded or replaced on grounds of color, choice or handwork.

We're not responsible for lost items or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.
